His skill set encompasses a wide array of programming languages. He holds a degree of M.Tech. (CSE) and a professional with SUN Certified in Java and J2EE Technologies.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar
Director - Staffing
Mr. Sanjay is having 14+ years of experience in IT/ITES. Developing/implementing account specific plans and strategies to achieve service, revenue, volume and profit goals. Manage and supervise IT recruitment staff so they identify potential leads through IT recruiting activities. Act as a primary contact for the recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.

With over 16+ years of professional experience in IT recruitment and delivery, he is passionate and driven leader who strives to provide tailored and swift solutions to connect organizations with direct hire and contract employees across a variety of skillsets and industries. He is involved in improvement projects as a Delivery Manager to ensure service excellence and exceed in delivering TATs.
